If you’ve spent the afternoon shopping downtown and you’re ready for something sweet, don’t automatically head to another ice cream shop.

Go get pie.

Pie Safe is one of my favorite little stops in Historic Downtown Branson. It’s catty-corner from 417 Vintage Market and just around the corner from Dick’s 5 & 10, so chances are you’re already going to be walking right past it.

The whole place feels like a tiny little coffee shop that got all gussied up with slightly moody Bridgerton vibes. Think chandeliers, interesting artwork, and just enough drama to make you stop and look around.

Here’s What I’d Order

If I’m ordering, it’s a Nutella Latte and a slice of coconut pie if they have it.

That Nutella latte is rich. It reminds me of the grown-up version of hot chocolate.

Their pie flavors rotate, which gives me one more reason to keep coming back. You never know what you’re going to find.

Everybody else can have the ice cream.

As for me, I’d rather have pie.

Before You Go

Pie Safe is tiny, so I wouldn’t plan on bringing a big group.

But it’s perfect for meeting your daughter, catching up with your best friend, or even squeezing in a business meeting over coffee. I’ve done all three.

Most of the time, I’ll grab my drink and wander around downtown instead of hanging out inside.

There are so many fun little shops to explore, so if you’re already spending the afternoon downtown, Pie Safe is the perfect place to stop, take a little break, and treat yourself before heading back out.

It’s one of my favorite ways to spend an afternoon in Historic Downtown Branson.
