Lambert's Cafe, this is the palace that everyone stops to eat at on their way into town if they are coming from the north. You will find it about 30 minutes north of town. The interior looks like it was decorated with stuff they found in Papa's garage.
They are known for throwing you the rolls, and coming around with their "pass around" side items that they will pile on your plate. From the pig jowl, to the sorghum and rolls, to the macaroni and tomatoes, I love everything about this place!
