The Real Story Behind Flaming Margaritas in Branson, Missouri.

If you want the Branson tea, here it is. Flaming Margaritas on the Branson Landing is officially open again under new ownership, and everyone has been asking what actually happened.

If you have visited Branson in the last few years, you already know Flaming Margaritas was a huge favorite. They had the Mexican restaurant on the strip and then they opened Flaming Margaritas American Kitchen on the Landing. I loved that place. They had great food and those giant flaming margaritas that everybody posted online.

Then earlier this year, everything turned upside down.

In the middle of a normal lunch rush, ICE agents showed up. The owner Sam, who is originally from Turkey and is not a United States citizen but has been working on his citizenship the legal way, was taken into custody. Because he is not a citizen, they were able to hold him for twenty one days, and that is exactly what happened. After the twenty one days, they released him with no charges.

But by the time he got out, it was too late. Both restaurants had already closed. The staff was gone. And the amount of gossip flying around Branson was unreal. And listen. I am not going to say any names, but I have a very strong guess about who made the anonymous report that brought ICE in that day. If I ever get real proof, trust me, you will get the full story. That is all I am saying for now.

After that, Sam made the decision to sell both Flaming Margaritas locations.

Fast forward to today.

Flaming Margaritas at the Branson Landing is officially open again under new ownership. The place looks the same on the surface, but the menu has different offerings. It is now a tapas style restaurant. And if you are not familiar with tapas, you are not alone. Most Branson vacationers do not even know what that word means. Tapas are basically small plates that you share across the table.

I cannot speak to the new menu yet because I have not been there myself. I am hoping to go soon, and when I do, I will have a whole video telling you all about it.
