Indian food wasn’t exactly at the top of my husband’s dinner wish list. He walked into Jashn hungry, grumpy, and looking at me like I had already made a terrible decision.

Located at 2715 W. 76 Country Blvd., Suite 104, Branson, MO 65616, Jashn sits right on the Branson Strip across from the Aquarium at the Boardwalk in the little strip mall.

When we visited, the owner invited us to sample several dishes from the menu, and somewhere between the first few bites and the last plate hitting the table, my husband’s attitude completely changed.

I was obsessed with the dumplings. My husband couldn’t get enough of the naan topped with herbs and onions, and our favorite main dish was the chicken tikka.

By the time we left, the man who didn’t even want to be there was fat, happy, and telling me we could come back next week.
